I think that the Windows Firewall & Security was not finally reconfigured after the update.

Try:

Warning! Remote Desktop may no longer work after the procedure and must be reactivated

• Firewall: ¨Restore default policies¨
• Windows Security: "Firewall & network protection” first switch it off and then on
