The RSR200 is built in a robust, anodized aluminium housing with integrated cooling fins. RF connectors use the standard BNC interface, while the VHF and GPS inputs are available via SMA. Power is supplied through a standard 9–15 V DC jack or via USB‑C Power Delivery.
For data transmission, the RSR200 provides two high‑speed interfaces—USB 3.0 and 1 Gbit SFP‑LAN—allowing connection to one or two PCs. Each interface can deliver data for two independent channels / SDR applications. With two fully independent 16‑bit ADCs, the receiver offers excellent reception performance. All RF inputs support remote powering of active antennas and remote control of RLA4, RFA2, and RAP1.
Operation is performed via an Ext‑IO.DLL in combination with compatible SDR software such as go2monitor, SDRConsole, HDSDR or SoDiRa. T Special RSR200 features—such as antenna diversity—are implemented in hardware and exposed via a dedicated user interface.
