shocCMS

shocCMS, is a database and computer supported classifier, receiver and decoder control program.
It is based on many years of experience in this field. Scanning, automatic station identification, memory (channel) manager, decoder control and many other's functions are available (former shoc RSM). 
Together with a classifier, receiver and decoder, the shocCMS (Communication Monitoring Software)  offers you a very powerful listening and monitoring tool. If you have little experience in operating with communications equipment, then the PC will lend you a helping hand. For each station the normal adjustments of the equipment are stored and may be recalled at any time. This may be very important for press agencies, broadcasting and television editorial offices, emergency services, etc.

The stations to be monitored are found more rapidly in a data base than by looking them up in various books. To perform a selection is nearly impossible when using books. All selected stations are directly displayed on screen ready to be monitored. The software makes it possible to search the database using criteria's such as name of station, call sign, modulation type, country, language, type of transmission, time and others. Stations fulfilling the criteria are displayed in a window. With a "mouse-click" you set the receiver and decoder to the selected stations. You can move from station to station with cursor up or down. In a second window you see the parallel frequencies to the station selected in the first window. You can change to these frequencies by clicking with your mouse. Scanning in the database is possible. If, during monitoring new information are entered into the database or information are changed or deleted then this new information are immediately available in all modules. Normally, the receiver is under complete operator control, i.e. the controls of the receiver are accessible and may be used at any time

IDENT MODE
Doing a manual search, the software will display information when a database entry is found close to the frequency selected. All adjustments of the receiver and the decoder may be entered into the database.
